Your Yoga, Meditation & Breath Work Teacher

Hi, I'm Helen,

I have worked in the Youth Justice System and as a children’s Social Worker for two decades. The increasing stresses and pressures of the profession had a detrimental impact on me, physically, emotionally and mentally. I knew I had to make a change. I made the decision to shift direction and focus on  yoga, breath work and meditation teaching, practices that have helped me to balance the juggle of life and find my calm. 

 

I have over 20 years’ experience of holding space for others, including adults, children and those with additional needs. Listening, empathising and understanding is key and I will use these skills to help you find your answers through the power of these practices.
